In TransferWise, we don't build anything on a whim. We start from the problem, and work our way to solving it. This means that all of our work makes a huge impact on a whole lot of people. We build products that matter.
People in TransferWise are some of the smartest and nicest people you'll meet. There's people here from over 40 nationalities, from companies like Google, AirBnB and Paypal. Expect to learn more here than any book can ever teach.
Small teams, big outcomes
We don't believe in suits, middle-managers and cubicles. We believe in small, focused autonomous teams, responsible for an area of our product. Each of these teams is like a startup within a startup. As an engineering intern, you will be fully responsible for finding problems and creating products that solve those problems and help a lot of people in a very meaningful way.
We don't do boredom.
Sometimes you just have to let go. We've got that covered. Movie nights, catered lunches, yoga, running, every holiday in existence (and sometimes we make them up). We always find something to celebrate. While TransferWise parties can be life-changingly awesome, we have a lot of fun in our offices as well.
Fun places for serious stuff.
The office is a place where creativity flourishes. We have saunas, an ample supply of the best coffee in town, offices where everyone gets around on scooters, and one of our meeting rooms is a ballpit.
The revolution is based in London, NYC, Tampa, Tallinn, Budapest, Cherkasy, Tokyo and Sydney, but we're looking for bootcampers in London, Tallinn and Cherkasy.

After we review your application and select you as a potential candidate, some tests will follow.
We'll do a little test on your technical abilities, just so we know you're not getting in over your head.
We make sure you have some grasp on figuring out what people actually need, and how to provide that for them.
This one is a surprise, but it's a good time.
